When I perform this song live, I will say it correctly - 6010. Maybe 4010.
So yeah, a brand new track, the first track I made using my new Korg Electribe SX, but oddly enough, in the final mix of this song, I decided not to include it (“it” being the drum beat… which i wrote the song to… but as “a completed piece” I think it works better without the drums…)
I really love this new piece of equipment and have been learning how to use it over the last few weeks. Trust me, new great pieces of music are coming out soon as a result of me using this new toy. It’s exciting to learn how to use new toys.
This is my first song with a reference to the 405 highway. I heard the world was gonna end in the year 2012.

Funny, because I guess I am obsessed with this idea because it’s the second time it came up today. You see, my friend Jonathann writes and uploads a song a day, and he accepts requests for song ideas, so I made a request: “write a song about it’s like trying to fill a styrofoam cup with a hole in the bottom”.
